Editly1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Editly application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of service
Editly is an AI-powered photo and face editing application for iPhone and iPad. It provides 46 professional tools across 9 categories including face reshaping, body sculpting, AI beauty, virtual makeup, hair color, professional editing tools, effects, AI features, and export. A free tier is available; paid subscriptions unlock advanced AI-powered features.
3. User account
To use the App, you must create an account and purchase an active subscription. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and payments
Editly offers a free tier and paid subscriptions for advanced features:
- Free — Basic tools (filters, adjustments, crop, brush, text, stickers, layers)
- Premium Weekly — $1.99/week
- Premium Monthly — $4.99/month
- Premium Yearly — $29.99/year (save 50%)
- Pro Monthly — $9.99/month
- Pro Yearly — $59.99/year
- Pro Lifetime — $99.99 one-time purchase
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
5. Free trial
Editly may offer a free trial period. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
6. User content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you edit using Editly. We do not claim ownership of your content. All photo processing is performed locally on your device.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
- Interfere with the App's security features
- Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
8. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Editly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the app or on our website.
