What is Editly?
Editly is a professional photo editing app for iPhone and iPad. It offers powerful editing tools including filters, adjustments, brushes, retouching, text, and stickers - all with real-time preview and GPU acceleration.
Is Editly free to use?
Editly is a subscription-based app. A paid subscription is required to access and use all features of the App. We offer two subscription plans: Monthly ($9.99/month) and Yearly ($71.99/year, equivalent to $5.99/month). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Editly may offer a free trial for new subscribers. If a free trial is available, it will be displayed on the subscription screen within the app. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Which devices are supported?
Editly is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0 or later. The app is optimized for all screen sizes and supports both portrait and landscape orientations on iPad.

What are the subscription options?
A subscription is required to use Editly. We offer two plans:
- Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly
- Yearly: $71.99/year, billed annually (equivalent to $5.99/month - Save 40%)
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Editly > Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of the current period.
What happens when my subscription expires?
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you will lose access to all editing features in the App. Your previously edited and exported photos will remain on your device. You can re-subscribe at any time to regain access.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Select the subscription or purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
How do I restore my purchases?
If you've previously subscribed and your access isn't showing, go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

What editing tools are available?
Editly includes a comprehensive set of editing tools:
- Filters: 8+ professional filters with adjustable intensity
- Adjustments: Brightness, contrast, saturation, exposure, and more
- Crop & Rotate: Multiple aspect ratios and rotation controls
- Brush Tools: Paint, blur, sharpen, dodge, and burn
- Retouch: Heal, clone, blemish removal
- Text & Stickers: Add text and decorative elements
All features are included with your subscription.
Can I undo my edits?
Yes! Editly features a complete undo/redo system. You can step back through your edit history at any time. Your original photo is always preserved - we never modify your original images.
What export formats are supported?
You can export your edited photos in JPEG, PNG, or HEIF formats with adjustable quality settings. Choose the format that best suits your needs for sharing or printing.
Privacy & Security
Are my photos uploaded to your servers?
No. All photo editing is performed locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. We respect your privacy and keep your content on your device.
What data do you collect?
We collect minimal data necessary to provide our service - your email and name for account creation, and anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. We do not collect or access your photos. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the app settings. Go to Settings > Subscription > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
