We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, or cancelled) but we do not receive, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. Apple manages all billing, renewals, and refunds.
• Transaction Receipts: We receive and verify App Store transaction receipts to confirm your subscription status and provide access to the App.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App (features used, crash reports). This data is not linked to your identity.
• Device Information: We collect basic device information (device model, OS version) for compatibility and troubleshooting purposes.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

• Photos: Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. All editing is performed locally on your device.
• Location Data: We do not collect or track your location.
• Contacts: We do not access your contacts or address book.
• Browsing History: We do not track your browsing activity.

5. Subscription Information

Editly is a subscription-based app. A paid subscription is required to access and use the App. Important details about your subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
• We verify your subscription status to grant access to the App but do not store payment information.
• Subscription management (renewal, cancellation) is handled through your Apple ID settings: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
