EditlyYour privacy matters. Editly is designed with privacy in mind. All photo editing is performed locally on your device, and we do not access, collect, or store your photos.
1. Information we collect
We collect minimal information to provide and improve our services:
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name.
- Subscription data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status (active, expired, or cancelled) but do not receive, process, or store your payment card details, billing address, or other financial information. Apple manages all billing, renewals, and refunds.
- Transaction receipts: We receive and verify App Store transaction receipts to confirm your subscription status and provide access to the app.
- Usage analytics: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app (features used, crash reports). This data is not linked to your identity.
- Device information: Basic device info (model, OS version) for compatibility and troubleshooting.
2. Information we do NOT collect
- Photos: Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. All editing is performed locally on your device.
- Location data: We do not collect or track your location.
- Contacts: We do not access your contacts or address book.
- Browsing history: We do not track your browsing activity.

5. Subscription information
Editly is a subscription-based app. A paid subscription is required to access advanced features. Key details:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
- We verify your subscription status to grant access but do not store payment information.
- Subscription management (renewal, cancellation) is handled through your Apple ID settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Data retention

Editly is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date.
