Restore purchases
Premium features not showing? Open the app Settings and tap "Restore Purchases".

Cancel subscription
iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Editly → Cancel Subscription.

Request a refund
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

App crashes or freezes
Close and reopen the app. If it persists, restart your device or reinstall.

Photo access issues
iPhone Settings → Privacy → Photos → Editly → enable "Full Access".

Face detection not working
Use a clearly visible face with good lighting. Requires iOS 17+; works best with front-facing portraits.
